- Orders for in-stock items that are received by 5 PM EST are shipped in 1-3 days. We try to get all orders out the next business day.

address (not a P.O. Box) for destination within the contiguous US and
include a daytime phone number when ordering
- Standard Orders within the contiguous US are shipped
via FedEx Ground Services
- FedEx Next, Second day and 3 Day Express options are available within the contiguous US. Call or email for rate
information.
- Orders being shipped outside
the contiguous US must be pre-paid and additional shipping charges will be applied at time of shipping. If you would like us to send to you by email what the additional charges are please note in the comment section of the order form. We reserve the right to hold orders
until all items become available.
Will you deliver product to my home,
business or show site?
- If you are going to show that we will be at and we have a
booth or just showing our dogs we will deliver your product to you.
Please let us know where you will be staying so we can arrange for you
to pick product up. Product must be paid for before we deliver. We will
not charge you any shipping charges.
- If you happen to live in the Richmond, Virginia area we can
arrange a location for you to pick product up and we will not charge
you shipping.
What is the
Product
Return Policy?
- Returns need to be requested
within 15 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.If goods are refuse when shipper delivers than we charge a 25% restocking charge and
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Also if order is cancled after shipped.
- Merchandise must be in a new
saleable condition and in the original packaging.
- A Return Authorization (RMA)
is required before merchandise may be returned. It may be obtained by
contacting our Customer Service Department. We reserve the right to
return to sender any unauthorized product returned.
- It is recommended that you
ship returns via UPS or FedEx Ground as these carriers provide the
ability to trace your shipment and automatically insure packages valued
up to $100. If your package if valued at more than $100, it is
recommended that you insure the package for it's total value, in the
event of loss. If you elect to use the United States Postal Service
(USPS) it is highly recommended that you insure your package. Laser Lites East bears no responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost
in transit.
What do I do if I
receive a Damaged Product?
- If merchandise is received
damaged, please call or email for reshipment of merchandise or a credit
toward your next purchase, allowing time for a claim to be processed
with the carrier. Please include your order #, name and address.
ALTHOUGH EVERY PRECAUTION IS
TAKEN, SOME ERRORS DO OCCUR. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY SUCH
ERRORS.
